Julie has over 30 years experience working in the care sector and has been the Managing Director of Professional Carers since it's opening in 1998. She has a passion for providing high quality care services and is committed to ensuring her leadership team, coordinators, support staff and carers do just that.
Julie says 'My aim is to design and deliver services that are flexible, affordable and responsive to the needs and aspirations of our service users, working in partnership with families and carers my team will strive to deliver a service to the highest of quality, respecting each service users right to independence, privacy and dignity. All of our staff undergo an induction which equips them to provide a high quality service, and through ongoing support, mentoring and training, along with commitment and dedication, we will continue to provide skilled and professional staff to care for every individual in need of our services.'

Carly has more than 20 years experience working in the care sector and has been with the company since Professional Carers opened it's doors in 1998. Carly holds her NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care and a Level 5 HND in Management and Leadership.
Carly heads up the care team in Wirral and oversee's the care delivery to our Wirral service users. Carly's primary focus is to ensure that the quality of the services provided by our employees meets the Care Quality Commissions standards and guidelines. Carly states 'My aim is to ensure that we are delivering high quality, compassionate and outstanding services to the residents of Wirral. As a team we do this through a shared passion for care, treating our service users in a manner in which we would treat our own families'.

Gary joined Professional Carers in 2016 after spending over a decade in the forces as a Police Officer. Throughout his career Gary worked his way up the management ranks and has significant experience in managing large teams of people. Gary over the years has grown up with the family business and is the holder of both a Level 4 and Level 5 HND in Management and Leadership.
Gary in his day to day role heads up the office operations and finance team for both sites in Wirral and Edinburgh. He has overall responsibility for business growth and efficiency, finance, stakeholder management, strategic planning, policy development, recruitment, marketing and contract compliance. He is also supported by the Registered Managers in each Branch with whom he works with closely.

Our 150+ Care Workers always ensure quality of care is at the heart of everything we do.
We recognise that individuals will want to trust and reply upon their care staff and for this reason we take great care in selecting staff members with whom you feel completely comfortable with.
All new carers are interviewed thoroughly and only employed after a minimum of two written references have been sought and a formal police check via the Disclosure and Barring System has been carried out. Each member of staff then undergoes continuous training and supervision which ensures the highest quality of service is delivered to you or a family member.
Staff are also given the opportunity to complete the Care Certificate and will embark on their level 2 and 3 QCF / SQCF in Health and Social Care.
Showing value and respect for everyone and treating others as they would wish to be treated is our passion. We believe in taking responsibility for providing the best services and experience.
We usually allocate 2 or 3 care staff to your team, although this will also depend on the size of the individual care package. This in turn helps to maintain continuity of care when care staff are on holiday, away on training courses or are absent.
We always look for ways to improve what we do. We encourage involvement, value contributions and listen to and positively act on feedback.
Training completed by our carers takes place at our training suites located in each of our offices.
Training is run by our dedicated trainers, management team and senior carers / field supervisors who hold relevant qualifications and skills enabling them to do this. We also regularly invite external training providers into our offices and staff have access to our dedicated e-learning suite.
We are focused on providing carers who are knowledgable and skilled.
