Our Electronic Care Planning System: PASS
We are a digital organisation, which means no more paper care records!
Using a system called PASS, our care workers, care supervisors and care managers access an online digital care management platform using a mobile phone supplied by the company. This provides them with the ability to view care records, assessments, tasks and updates whilst on the go.
Many Home Care Companies are using digital care records which offers added benefits such as:
- Increased accountability and real time monitoring.
- Improved risk management - alerts notify our team when something is missed or not completed, allowing us to act fast.
- Authorised user such as family members can see exactly what has occurred during a call, using a dedicated app. You don't even need to be at the address.
- The PASS system also eliminates time-consuming paperwork, if something has changed, we can update our records immediately and send this straight through to our care team.

OpenPASS
Open PASS is the sister product to PASS which works alongside our main system. This is a mobile and web application that allows our service users families and nominated individuals, along with Health and Social Care Professionals to view care records on the go, electronically, no matter where they are.
Features include:
- The option to view real time care notes once a carer has completed a call. This allows you to check the quality and care being delivered is sufficient.
- The ability to view visits, outcomes an tasks as well as details of the person centred plan we have created.
- The ability to view the scheduled care booked in for your loved one.
