The Live Well Directory is a collaborative initiative across the Liverpool City Region (LCR), bringing together Liverpool, Wirral, Knowsley, Sefton, and St Helens councils.
Created to support people of all ages and needs, the directory provides easy access to information about local groups, organisations, and services available across the region.
It includes a wide range of support, from health and wellbeing services to leisure, social, and community activities, helping residents stay connected, active, and independent.
The directory aims to make it simpler for individuals, families, carers, and professionals to find the right support and opportunities within their local community.
The Wirral InfoBank is a free online directory designed to help people across Wirral find local services, support, activities, and community organisations in one convenient place.
Developed to support residents of all ages, the directory connects individuals, families, carers, and professionals with information that can improve health, wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion. From community groups and wellbeing services to leisure activities, advice services, and support networks, the Wirral InfoBank makes it easier to discover what is available locally.
By bringing together trusted information from organisations across the borough, the Wirral InfoBank helps strengthen communities, reduce isolation, and ensure people can access the right support at the right time.
